Return Eligibility

Non-Returnable Items
For hygiene and safety reasons, the following items cannot be returned unless they arrive damaged or defective:

- Opened beauty products
- Intimate items
- Clearance or final sale items
Damaged or Incorrect Items
If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery.
To help us process your request quickly, please provide:
- Your order number
- Clear photos or videos of the product
- A brief description of the issue
Once verified, we will arrange a replacement or refund at no additional cost.
How to Request a Return
To initiate a return:

- Provide your order number and reason for the return.
- Our team will review your request and provide return instructions if approved.
- Carefully pack the item in its original packaging and return it using the instructions provided.
Please do not return any item without first contacting our support team.
Return Shipping
- If the return is due to a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, Zaid Cart will cover the return shipping cost.
- If you change your mind or ordered the wrong item, the return shipping cost will be the customer's responsibility.
Refund Process
After receiving and inspecting your returned item, we will notify you of the status of your refund.
If approved:
- Your refund will be processed using your original payment method.
- Shipping charges (if any) are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.
- Refunds are typically processed within 5–10 business days, depending on your payment provider.

Order Cancellation
Orders may be cancelled before they are shipped.
