We currently deliver across the United Arab Emirates (UAE).
Shipping Charges

Estimated Delivery Time
- Dubai, Abu Dhabi & Sharjah: 2–4 business days
- Other Emirates: 3–6 business days

Additional delivery charges may apply if multiple delivery attempts are required due to customer unavailability.

Lost or Damaged Packages
If your order arrives damaged or you believe your package has been lost during transit, please contact our customer support team within 48 hours of the expected delivery date.
We will work with the shipping carrier to investigate the issue and provide an appropriate resolution, which may include a replacement or refund where applicable.
Failed Deliveries
Orders returned to us due to an incorrect address, refusal to accept delivery, or failure to respond to the courier may require additional shipping charges for reshipment.
